We recently added functionality to allow patients without an email address to create Vault accounts by creating a username. In addition to patients that currently do not have an email address, the functionality will also allow patients with shared email addresses to create an account with multiple usernames connecting to one email address.
If you share an email address with another family member and need a new account, please select the \"I share an email address\" option to connect a username to an email address. If you created a Vault account prior to the username addition, your username is your email address. You will be able to login per the process you used in the past. If you are creating a new account and you have an email address, please proceed with creating your account with your email address.
